Ozperform Constructions Pty Ltd has a longstanding and close relationship with CSR which affords us quick access to CSR’s Technical Department, this is often a crucial step in ensuring complicated projects proceed unimpeded by technical issues. We also have access to Structural Engineers who can provide design advice to complement our renowned ability to overcome the most challenging of construction complexities, and we can offer Shop Drawings for all of our projects. Precast Concrete
We can offer supply and install options for all of your Civil, Commercial or Infrastructure projects.
Our affiliates in Precast can offer supply only or supply and install packages and work in seamlessly with our other services – including structural steel, Hebel walls and Floors, and coatings.
Our installation crew provides all associated propping, grouting and sealants and of course are fully qualified and licensed for Working at Height.
Structural Steel
Our structural steel division provides exceptional service for all of our projects.
With a fully fitted out factory in Sydney we can supply and install all of your structural steel needs including structural steel for our Hebel and Precast Concrete Walls and all associated stairs, landings, handrails and custom grates.
We can also cater for all steel coating requirements too – including Hot Dipped Galvanizing, primers or Intumescent paints.
Shop drawings are provided for all of our structural steel – for your approval prior to fabrication to ensure we minimize site issues and of course – all work is certified and warrantied.
Coatings
Ozperforms coating division is probably responsible for more Hebel coatings than anyone else in the entire country.
From Highway Noise Walls to Transgrid Electricity Substations – and coating Hebel Panels, Precast Concrete and all associated doors, grills and structures – we are the experts.
Our knowledge of applicable products is second to none and we can be relied upon for sound advice during the design phase of any construction.
Our coating services compliment our construction divisions perfectly and help us to provide complete customer service from conception to completion.
We can offer a full suite of coating options including cement render, acrylic renders, acrylic paints and texture coats and all of our employees are fully trained and qualified for work on difficult projects such as Electricity Substations, Highway projects, Rail projects and working at heights.
Acoustic Doors and Grills
Ozperform offer a complete range of Acoustic and Fire rated Doors and Grills.
We can supply and fit doors and grills of all sizes, to meet all requirements, including customized options.
